Is this tall enough and firm enough to support the head on a sofa sitting up?

Yes ...my husband is paralysed and uses it sitting up in bed to support his head. He also uses a wee neck pillow ...as he is very tall. This pillow supports his shoulders ...neck and head. He cannot move .....

My mum is 95 and bed bound and keeps sliding over. She can’t pull herself up I wondered if this pillow would support her?

Most definitely! I have Cancer myself and a spinal issue and it's a god send to keep me propped and supported and secure. It's a firm pillow not floppy like some and so comfy. It doesn't come with a cover but I buy all my for as little as 3 pounds in Dunelm in all different colours. It does need a cover in my opinion as it can feel little itchy without one. purchased after surgery

I purchased this after surgery, when I couldn't turn and sleep on my side. it really helped and was super comfortable... since I no longer needed it, my daughter has nabbed it. A must if your having WLS.

This product is terrible with in a week the pillow was all flat out of shape and lumpy it’s suppose to be a pregnancy pillow isn’t it well it’s more just a neck support pillow rubbish not worth the money I have contacted the supplier was told to send pictures so I did but still waiting for a reply from them total rip off
