That is so funny!! I thought the exact same thing and was going to post this question as well. If you look closely, it's not even the same bandage. Picture on box has square corners with a longer center bridge. Bandage on Kevin James has rounded corners with a shorter center bridge. I agree with lkdsign.

would this work for crack in finger tip?

Probably not--I've found that liquid bandage more helpful for that. Worked in a profession that made frequent handwashing necessary and the liquid bandage was the best protection after the skin cracked.
