Does this product contain sulphates?

Super Greens Energy is a 100% natural product. 16 out of our 17 ingredients are organic certified ingredients.

Sulphites are substances that are naturally occurring compounds found in many vegetables. Some examples of vegetables in which sulphites occur are lettuce, tomatoes, leeks, onions, and carrots. Since Super Greens Energy has Organic Carrots as one of its ingredients, it might have some sulphite.

We cannot tell exactly how much sulphite as this varies from batch to batch. But what we can say is that, since the overall carrot powder used is a small quantity, the amount of sulphite per serving will also be very, very small. But if you are allergic to Sulphite please do not use this product. Please also let us know and we will issue you a 100% refund.

Super Green Energy does not have any other allergens in its ingredients. Neither do we add "sulphite" or any other additives to our green superfood powder blend. This is one of the cleanest and most pure green powders on the market.

Every single batch is tested for heavy metals, pesticides, and microbiological impurities. Moreover, we manufacture all our products in a BRC AA+ & Organic certified factory with very strict controls in place to avoid other contaminants and allergens.

Is this greens powder certified organic?

Thank you for your question.

Of the 17 ingredients used in this product, 16 are completely Organic certified by Organic Farmers and Growers (UK based official certification body). These 16 ingredients represent 95% of overall weight. One ingredient, which is a patented Buckwheat Powder, that is naturally rich in Vitamins, is not certified Organic. Each ingredient also separately undergoes pesticides, microbiological and heavy metals testing.

Furthermore, this product is blended, manufactured, packed and stored in Organic & BRC A+ certified facilities.

But since one of the ingredients is not currently certified organic, as per current rules, the overall product is currently not certified organic. We expect this to change as we work with DEFRA to certify the overall product as Organic too.

When formulating this product our main aim was to create the most nutrient dense super greens for our customer, while maintaining the highest quality standards. To achieve this we have used some innovative ingredients, that is not used by any of our competitors, to try and concentrate large amount of natural vitamins in a small serving. But since this is a new innovative natural ingredient, it needs to go through a process (a bit time consuming) for it to be certified organic.

So while the product is currently not certified organic (95% of ingredients are certified organic), it follows all applicable organic standards, and we expect it to be fully organic certified in the future.

Thank you for your question. Our super greens powder consists of 17 ingredients, such as super greens, micro-greens, superfoods & prebiotics.

A complete breakdown of the ingredients is as follows: Organic Camu Camu, Organic Lucuma, Organic Flaxseed, Organic Lime, Organic Kale, Organic Spirulina, Buckwheat Complex, Organic Carrot, Organic Barley Grass, Organic Kelp, Organic Moringa, Organic Inulin, Organic Spinach, Organic Turmeric, Organic Acerola, Organic Beetroot & Organic Ginger.

Unlike many green superfood powders that provide only 1-2% of daily nutrition requirements per serving, our greens powder provides 70% of your Vitamin C requirement, 53% of B1, 59% of B2, 62% of B2, 65% of B5, 62% of B6, 64% of Folic Acid, 96% of B12 and 56% of Biotin.
