Great ZMA supplement. The capsules are easy to take, and I like the combination of zinc, magnesium, and B6. It fits easily into my nighttime routine. Good value for the price and straightforward ingredients.

Takes a couple of weeks for it to really work and build up, but it’s exceptional for sleep quality. It’s also vastly improved my recovery time as I train very hard as an athlete every week and every day.

I have no problem with swallowing any meds, I can even have multiples at the same time but this one is so hard to swallow. I'm drinking water and it's still not helping, I feel like I'm chocking everytime.
