I've had neck pain for a long time. A few days ago, I had a cervical MRI and it showed I have a bone spur between two vertebrae. This product has helped relieve my constant pain. It's super lightweight and firm, making it easy to support your neck, and it's small enough to store anywhere. The heating pad gets quite warm and has three heat settings, It also has Velcro, so you can remove it if you wish.

I just came back to change my review. Although this product itself does not heat up (I misunderstood the advertisement), it works really well. The device itself is foam but then has a mini heating pad that wraps around it. Tbh i was disappointed by this and very skeptical, but decided to use it for a half hr before bed and a half hour in the morning and I have no neck pain for the first time in WEEKS. It really helped open up the tightness in the highest part of my cervical spine. It is not as soft as I expected, It is the texture of an exercise foam roller. On a positive note, definitely light and portable. Great value.

Almost didn’t buy this product bc of some bad reviews but I have a similar product for occipital pain and it helps me a lot. I saw the reviews were about how comfortable or not this device is. First of all, this is not a pillow, the device is not supposed to be super comfortable, in fact it’s also not supposed to be used for a long time. This is to make some traction in your vertebrae and to help the natural cervical curve. I am a PT so this is exactly what I needed to use in the end for my day. Second of all, this device has to be big enough to create this curvature and be affective, so some reviews are wrong about “ being to big” for my neck. I have been using and it already feels like the pressure in my neck decreased and that’s the goal = decompression of the spine. This device in a long term can be better than go to a chiropractor, however, it’s not a massager, not a cozy pillow for your neck or anything else but a release in your spine and of course also, the heat helps with muscle tensions.

Not sure yet. Used once . Kind of too big for my neck area and is harder than I thought. Didn't really help thst much. Going to try one more time. If same result may return. Disappointing

I have had awful neck pain for several months. I bought a similar product and returned it the next day. I’m very happy I made the choice to get this one instead. The heat option is definitely a nice bonus. I will say, the medium and high settings get super hot. I keep it on low for the recommended 10 minute neck stretch. My neck feels immediate relief. I need to start doing it morning and evening to hopefully cure this awful neck pain I’ve been living with. Very happy with this purchase.

Have been struggling 2 uears 4 months with jaw pain and severe headaches. This was highly recommended for TMJ and I understand why. I also use 6 exercises to relieve the pain and build up my jaw muscles . It’s working! Highly recommend this neck traction in dealing with TMJ. Mine was caused by osteoarthritis and I actually heard a pop when the pain first started. Now I have hope of recovery! Over 2 years of pain! Just adding a note- not only has this device helped reduce headaches and jaw pain from TMJ, but yesterday at dentist my jaw finally popped back into place. Highly recommend this device for neck and headaches as well as TMJ. I have fused c6/7 vertebrae and between this an back massager I’m dealing with the pain holistically. Tylenol and ibuprofen causes acid reflux and ulcers. Alene causes hives. Why I became a Holistic Healer/Therapist. Love this device ! Recommend it to keep neck and jaw in alignment.

I bought this product to help reduce the pain from sitting at a computer all day and the way my head and neck hurt after a while. This product does help but you need to get used to it first. Recommend starting with the beginner angle to get your neck used to the stretch. Also, use the heating element as that helps a lot. It suggests using it for 10 minutes a day but you may need to start with less until you are used to it (I did 5 minutes at first). The main downside, and the reason I only gave 4 stars, is that there are bumps on it (pressure points I believe) that are pretty uncomfortable. They dig into my neck and are still pretty uncomfortable - not a fan. However, overall it seems to work well so give it a shot if you need neck stretches.

I find myself falling asleep with this, having the heating pad on. Gets abit painful if ur using it too long tho.

Me sirve mucho para aliviar el dolor cervical. Al principio pensé que era un poco duro, pero en la posición correcta, excelente como terapia de calor! Lo volvería a comprar.
