This replacement gasket is not identical to the original gasket for the Vivo 3L stuffer (VIVO STUFR-V003). In the photo, the original is on the left, this replacement is on the right. Excuse the quality. When stuffing smaller diameter sausages this replacement gasket peels up and over the plunger. Comparing the two gaskets, the depth of the replacement gasket is fractionally smaller, but the biggest difference is that the original Vivo 3L is offset, the depth of the inner band is exactly the same depth as the outer part of the band, but the outer part is lower. Hope it is obvious on the photos; they are a little blurry.
