I didn't have much faith in this steamer but decided to return it at the first sign of trouble BUT it works just fine! NOTE TO USER: When you are finished steaming using the hood, there's a plug on the back of the hood, put a cup under the plug then pull that plug out to release the rest of the water.

Great ! Just be careful when done the water is hot when you're ready to put it up after using!

Does what it needs to do

It was pretty good for the first time. I hope it stays working but I did get an insurance plan so hopefully I won't have to use it but we'll see. It was just a $3.99 insurance coverage plan for 2 years. If you're skeptical I advise get an insurance plan🤷🏾‍♀️

The neck part shouldve been longer not high enough but as far a it working it works just for kids lol

It’s very good I usually use the face attachment for both hair and skin. I didn’t know I have to use only distilled water but I use tap water. Too much hustle if I’m in rush.

I paid almost $100 for this hair steamer expecting an upgrade, and it was a huge mistake. It took over an hour and a half to steam my hair — meanwhile my $25 stand-up clothes steamer does the job in 15 minutes. Let that sink in. The thing is enormous, made of cheap plastic, and wastes a ton of space. Not at all what I pictured for the price. On top of that, the “free return” was not honored. After all the shipping and handling fees, I got refunded a measly $25 out of the nearly $100 I spent. The shipping situation is a complete scam. Buyers beware: this is bulky plastic junk and you’ll lose money and time on it like I did. Major regret. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
