Great value for money. Really nice taste compared to other biotin gummies I have used. They really do make a difference.
My nail bar is always surprised at how quickly my nails grow and it's definitely because of these gummies! If I stop taking them, my nails just don't grow much at all. I also think they're helping me keep my natural hair colour! Take with Zinc and Selenium to aid absorption…
Taste lush, proper strawberry taste.Not sure if they work yet as only been taking them a week.To aid absorption I’ve bought the ‘Mobu’ Zinc 15mg and Selenium 200mcg tablets to go with 😁
