Love it. Really nice and sturdy hand rail and looks great too. Installs easy and is very safe and secure. Originally had an issue with one part that had chipped paint. Customer service responded promptly and sent me a replacement. I would purchase from this company again.

These look great, the quality is great, we put them in our house against a light wood and the contrast looks great.

This worked for going up my stairs, and down to our basement. As we get older railings are a must. It took 2 to put it in just because they were long, but easy to put in. Measure, drill, and attach!

Really decent product for the price. Used it in a rehab in the St. Louis, MO area as a handrail leading down into the basement. It was about 8 inches too long so we had to grind off that amount but were able to secure the last bracket without having to re cut the threads on the pipe. So if you need to cut it to fit, be prepared to figure out how to secure that last bracket to the pipe or have pipe threading tool for that diameter. Two guys installed it per code in less than an hour.

I love it, I think it looks great and meets my needs. My husband hates it he feels it's cheap and he can see a paint seam ..

It is aluminum painted. Very sturdy once installed though. Very reasonable priced. Would order again if needed.

This is not 13 ft. Its 12.5. Feet. Which I made work. But 13 was hoe it was advertised. Also , the pipes could ise at least two more threads. It was hard to get it lined up and tight. Overall the look is good.

Love the railing. Love the look and very well made and sturdy. Easy to put up and comes with all the hardware. Instructions easy to follow. Would recommend.

Stair railing looks great, went together easily with no issues. Obviously you will need an assistant to help as we ordered the 14 ft railing. Put it together making sure you can access screw holes is important. We liked it as we are going with industrial look in our basement.

Mounted these going up stairs in the shop. They look industrial and are smooth for your hands. The steel gauge is thin, but strong enough so that when everything is assembled it feels strong. Recommend.
