This thing has made the difference between an awful summer and a fun one. Imagine being stuck in the Lincoln Tunnel in June for 13 minutes. The drivers next to us were legitimately worried for us. I went to get freon put in my car and was told the compressor wasn't engaging (?) so putting the gas wouldn't work. I went to a shop close by and while I waited for the guy to get a price from his parts dealer, I looked up the part on Amazon. When he came over and said the compressor cost $335 and with flushing and labor It'd be like $450. I just smiled and showed him my phone. He was pretty surprised and just let his guard down. He said something like "Oh, okay just bring that over when you get it and I'll install it for $89. I like it really cool and my wife doesn't so he now keeps a little sweater in the car.

It was hard to find a good AC for my Honda CRV 2004. I installed two different brands, and they failed within one month. I think the reason was that I was changing the Compressor only instead of the whole A/C system. I bought this product and did a full A/C system change and it's working amazingly, So far 2 months of use, will update in the future on how evolves. It still working on May 2025 (7 months after)

Compressor lasted barely over a year.

Once everything was moved out of the way installation was fairly simple. AC is putting out ice cold air in a hot/humid NC summer. Installed in a 2004 Honda CRV.
