Can mask be used on one eye

I think it would be a bit hard to do. Its a mask, one piece that is long enough to cover both eyes and is held in place by loops that go over both ears. If you put it on one eye the heating effect would be diminished because its supposed to be more firmly pressed against your eyes so you get the warm moist sensation.
