Does this item include the sheath? As in the picture and description shows but in the comments some clients complained that It didn’t come with sheath

It comes with a cardboard sheath, which is not very durable. I keep it in the box for storage.

Any special instructions for sharpening these blades?

I never do it. I think you can sharp it as regular knife does.
