I ordered thinking I chose Carolina reapers but got this instead, I'm glad I did. These peppers are very tasty and very hot. The flavor profile is smoky, mild bitterness and it's a great flavor enhancer with a very distinctive taste. Love it!

Second time buying this. We crush them up and sprinkle on food. Great for adding spice to food you don’t want to change flavor of. Quality item. We use our food dryer to make sure they’re completely dry first.

Good price in bulk. What I wanted. They smell funny but they smell great. Been cooking them into everything. Pasta, on pizza, throw them into your coffee blender for a nice cup of hot coffee. Excellent heat that subsides quickly. Favorite pepper now. Recommend segregating a handful into another container to inhibit mold. Your gross fingers have bacteria on them. Best ghost peppers!

CAUTION: These suckers are HOT. Do not hang your nose into the container and take a breath. Open the lid, use your hand to gently waft the fumes toward you. Breath carefully, even that might be too close. These are dried, have stems and seeds. Wear gloves if you remove the stems first. Eye protection is recommended. An accident with ghost pepper can be very bad. In my case, I ground them to a powder in a food processor. I sifted them to remove the pieces of stem. I reground them, and them ran them through a mortar and pestle. Masks, gloves, eye protection required! Keep out of the reach of children! I mixed the salt and cocoa extract together. Let dry. Then mixed in more cocoa extract with the ground peppers. Let dry. Mix in more cocoa extract. Let dry.
