For when you just want a PC fan to be a PC fan ... not a Christmas tree.
Fan. Easy to install. Functional. Low noise. Low cost. My PC's are in a cupboard where they belong (<30C, >40% humidity <60%, vented). I don't want to light them up like Christmas Trees and show them off. I want them hidden and to have good functional airflow so they operate well and their parts stay well maintained over time. Again: Fan. Easy to install. Functional. Low noise. Low cost. To use as as cool air intake: orientate correctly and install low front. To use as hot air exhaust: turn around and install high back. Any extra fans over this just spread the load with PWM, allowing for slower, and therefore quieter, spin speeds. Or you can fix a speed of one of your input fans with your PCs BIOS if you want to enforce a positive airflow to also reduce dust intake. I have no objections with these airflow augmentation devices. They are cheap, which is amazing, but more importantly, they do exactly what a fan is supposed to do, which is the real amazing. So why pay more than you need to? Would highly recommend.

Quiet, Smooth, and Excellent Value – A true price-performance winner
As someone who’s borderline obsessed with fan noise—especially high-pitched whines and bearing hum—I’m really impressed with the Arctic F12 fans. I bought them specifically to test against that kind of noise, and they’ve passed with flying colors. Yes, they’re an older design compared to the popular P12s, but there’s a good reason they’re still around. For case fan use, their performance is more than adequate, and the sound profile is noticeably better—smoother and quieter—than most static pressure-focused fans. They also handle low RPMs exceptionally well, which is crucial for silent builds. I even compared them with Noctua Redux models and ended up keeping the F12s. Not only are they significantly quieter in my setup, but they’re also much cheaper. If you care about silence without compromising airflow, these are a no-brainer.

Perfect when you hate RGB
I cant stand the christmas tree flashing lights you get on all the PC hardware nowadays, so I love the blacked out fans. If you are looking at your case and not at your screens, you shouldn't own a PC. The fans are near silent up to around 50% speeds. 80% is noticable and 100% is distracting. I`m using them all in push pull on two water cooler radiators and they keep the liquid temps low without any noise below 50% fan speed. Honestly they are just perfect if all you want is functionality. I don't know about longevity as I`ve not had them for long.

Very quiet
These fans work well, they all daisy chain together which is insanley useful and they are almost literally silent when the system they are in is idle, so much so that I sleep literally next to them. I have had these running non stop for over a year now and not one has died or increased in volume.

Really Good, Great value, Okay overall
Fans installed to a PC with mid/high heat output. Used them in few instances ie normal cooling and AIO cooling. Those fans are defiently aimed for normal airflow cooling. Their air pressure seems to be not enough for an AIO radiator as from previous unnamed brand I had the water temp stayed at 32 degrees and with those it was 40 degrees. Normal cooling wise I can tell they push a large volume of air through, so they are definetly airflow orientated fans. Volume wise they are really quiet until they surpass the 1000rpm mark. Thats when for me personally they began to be noisy, but anything before it they are good. For the price paid I cannot complain. They have been in thr pc for 4 months now and show no signs of stopping, rubbing or wearing off in any way.

Very quite and well performing fans
Very quite and well performing fans. 1 out of 5 had a ticking noise around 400-600 rpm speed so I re-placed it as I needed 4 (3 for intake 1 for exhaust).

Five of the best
Does exactly what it says on the tin: five PWM fans with fairly minimal height and perfect for installing into a new build to create air circulation. Mine went into a Coolermaster NR200P (two top as exhausts, two on bottom as intake) and installation was a breeze. All fans worked first time, each fan has a very obvious arrow for indicating airflow and also comes with a Y-splitter so you can daisy chain each one off a single header - something I didn't realise when I bought them. TL;DR: Good value, lots of fans, easy installation, decent noise profile: very satisfied indeed!
