Good product
Item arrived in good condition and packaging. Easy to setup. The people who are complaining about it not picking up certain channels, they don't seem to understand that it's NOT THE BOX, it's the area where they are. If you are in a good reception area, then you will get 335 channels, including all BBC, itv, channels, and many more. Yes, somebody said that the remote is a bit flimsy, yes it is. The only problem that I found is, the EPG page, does not go far enough, into the week. So you can record a program 2-3 day's away. But apart from that, it's a cheap box, that's worth the money you pay for. If you want a better reception, then get a better, more expensive box, simple..

Good little device
We bought this to watch HD German satellite TV, as the main senders have stopped SD transmissions. Available programmes were quickly loaded, and while the instructions on deleting and sorting channels were very basic, once I worked out what to do, deleting and reordering channels was quite quick and easy. The picture is very good. We haven't tried the recording function. Two very minor drawbacks. The unit is very light, so can be difficult to keep where you want it, and the clock loses time quite quickly, though puts itself right once the set is turned on. Overall, a good unit at a excellent price.

Good for Free Satellite - but it’s NOT a Freesat Box
It does exact what it’s supposed to. The Freesat Logo is misleading. It will give all Free to Air Channels, but it is NOT a Freesat receiver. Freesat receivers require the manufacturer to pay a fee to use the software. So you will get BCC 1, ITV 4, Dave etc -but they will be in a random order. Cause they ain’t paid for the Freesat licence I used these for British Free to Air, German Free to Air, Italian etc. Pictures are fine, scart is there for older TVs It’s good value for money The remote is a bit pants & you have to be really quick to punch in the three digit channel numbers. Good product, but if you want BBC 1 on 101, BBC News on 200, Channel 4 on 104, you’ll need a dearer Freesat receiver

Easy enough to set up.. all you need is a sky dish,, you can set it to free to view . I'm not a technical wizard and I did it
