Just started my fitness and weightloss journey and turned a small portion of a room into a little exercise area. These posters are awesome, they are double sided, printed very well, come laminated and are a great readable size. These are 18x24, I read that when I ordered but I very happy with the size. Great product for anybody that wants setup a nice workout space.

Great product. Easy to assemble and sturdy enough to take with me for travel. I particularly like the variety of options, having dual sided work outs and lamination for wiping. Works great.

These are wonderful! There is a front and then a different set on the back. I did get two of one side, but that makes it easier to post on a wall or have at a different spot. I think these are well made and exactly as advertised. They also give me different ideas of exercises to do without having to stop and look at my phone or something.

Good quality. I thought they were 1 sided posters but they are 2-sided. Of the 4 posters, one of them is a duplicate . 1-Kettlebell -Barbell 2-Stretching exercises -Yoga poses 3-Body weight -Dumbbell 4-Body weight -Dumbell

Lovely informative clearly illustrated great price all in one easy to use package. Instructions included to help you with straightening out your rolled charts for easy use and hanging.

Lots of wonderful exercises and easy to read

I received four posters of which two were exactly the same. These are posters, to put in your wall. They are printed in both sides, with different workout routines. I am not sure what the creator had in mind. Are customers supposed to keep ripping them off the wall and turning them around? You have to decide which side you want to see and the other one you just don’t see, unless you take the poster off and turn it around and put it back in the wall. At least receiving one of the posters twice solved the problem with the double-sided printing.

Amazing workout laminated sheets for fitness training at home. Very durable/hard wearing and got four of them, covering different fitness training disciplines. Reasonable price. Well pleased!

These posters are excellent! I thought I was getting 4 workout posters, however, these posters are double sided. You get 8 workouts: -Body weight -Kettlebell -Dumbbell -Stretching exercises -Yoga poses -Body weight -Barbell -Dumbell Perfect size, easy to read, great value!

Really well made. Easy to roll up and put away when not used.
