Do theses work with the vacuum hub still?

Yes they will work with the auto locking hub that operates on a vacume or in a manually locked position. But have to remember that the inner Axle seal and all o rings, gaskets must be in good shape to hold that vacume besides the enteral baring seals on this hub.
