I wasn't sure about buying these but they weren't too expensive. When we bought a new grill though I decided it was worth trying them out. What an amazing product. You need to follow the instructions and keep the heat under 500 degrees when you use them. Now we are in love with these and never grill without them. The first time use we cooked steaks. Got the grill up to temperature. Put the sheets on the grill and put the steaks on. No more sticking to the grate as nothing seems to stick to to these. The steaks looked grilled - grill marks and all - even though they weren't on the grill itself but on these copper sheets. The steaks were great - evenly cooked and they looked like they had been cooked directly on the grill. The best part is the meat did not stick to the hot grill. The next item I tried was chicken. I had not cooked any chicken on my old grill in ages because you had to watch it constantly to keep it from burning. This really impressed me. I had rubbed the chicken all over with a dry rub and then placed them on these sheets on the grill. They also came out perfectly. You didn't have to worry about the chicken burning and you didn't have to keep opening the lid of the grill and losing the heat. When we are through cooking we leave the sheets on the grill until they have cooled off and then simply wipe the residue off with a paper towel and then wash them with soap and water. Good to go until they are used again. The grill has stayed amazingly clean because of these. Very little grease has dripped through so we don't have to scrub the grill as often. There are only a few drips in the drip pan. What an amazing product. If they burn then you have the heat turned too high. Now I can cook with a timer instead of constantly tending to the meat. I follow the grill manufacturer's guidelines for how long to cook on each side and it is pretty close to perfect. Sometimes I need a few more minutes. When I cooked chicken once I cooked it a little too long but it was still tender and delicious and no burn marks. I think you will be impressed. I plan to try fish and veges next - should be perfect for that.

Love, love these for lining cooking pans. Have used them for cookies, roasting and baking chicken and fish and ribs. All the mess of stuck on facts and grease gone. Burnt barbecue sauce washes right off. No more soaking g and scrubbing pans. No need for tin foil purchases. I have used in the oven and on the grill. High hets do not impact. Loved mine so much, gifted them to my son and son-inlaw who grill and roast.

These transform your grilling experience. I don’t put anything directly on the grill anymore. You still get the visible grill marks but now you can add your onions and veggies and cook altogether. They are easily cleaned if you soak them for an hour or so. Don’t let the “blackening “ of the Matt deter you. I use for months at a time and grill at least three time a week year round. Perfect for whole sides of salmon etc

Best investment for grilling. Non-stick, easy to wash and very durable.

I grilled with them and the food doesn’t stick to it but marinated meats leave a residue. I’m not able to get a lot of use out of them. They get black and are not easy to clean for me. I don’t know what I’m doing differently from others who own them but I wouldn’t buy again. I’m not having any success using them.
