Can these be used with grips?

I do? Although, depending on the type of grips you use, you may need to clean/wash them more often to avoid product build up on it. The liquid chaulk dries quickly so it will take some time for build up to happen though. Hope this helps.

All you do is apply a quarter sized amount of liquid to the palm of your hand. Rub both hands together and wait about 10-20 seconds for chalk to dry! And your good to go! Super easy and way less of a mess than regular chalk.

Can you use this with (billiards) pool?

No too grippy! You should use talcum powder.
