Thicker than maple syrup in January !
I'm sealing up the roof on our RV. This stuff is goes on thick. Should only need one coat. Make sure you use a cheapy one time use brush.

Good for large flat surfaces; not so good for smaller projects.
This is NOT for any kind of surface other than just a flat one. I use this to seal the edges of a wooden Catio, and it looks horrendous. I’m sure that it’s pretty much waterproof, but the product is very rubbery and doesn’t cover 2 x 2 wood smoothly or attractively. I have yet to hang the cat outside (it turns out that my window frame isn’t suitable, so I have to provide additional support) but I’m fairly certain that it will be waterproof.

we have a huge birdbath, all concrete and it started leaking, so i caulked the cracks, then covered the inside with this, now it will hold water easily, great value, fast delivery and like all the products, it works like they say!

saved my koi pond for 6 months
About 6 months ago, my koi pond ( a 10 foot by 2 foot galvanized steel tank) rusted a hole all the way through and a miniature geyser was squirting out! We fixed it with a combination of JB WATER WELD i=on the inside, and flex seal on the outside. Then we covered other areas that were starting to rust through . I was able to extend the tanks life for 6 months untill I got a replacement tank!
