Be patient and let it fully dry the full 24 hours before the next coat.
Product works exactly as advertised and fulfills all claims made. Super easy to use super effective for keeping the area is used from becoming damaged due to water leakage or seepage.

Better than Dicor and Eternabond.
This stuff is easy to apply and remains flexible and waterproof for years, I've use the clear to waterproof the water feature and the roof of our RV.

Felt that thick it made good coverage
Good stuff for outside stone.

Good for large flat surfaces; not so good for smaller projects.
This is NOT for any kind of surface other than just a flat one. I use this to seal the edges of a wooden Catio, and it looks horrendous. I’m sure that it’s pretty much waterproof, but the product is very rubbery and doesn’t cover 2 x 2 wood smoothly or attractively. I have yet to hang the cat outside (it turns out that my window frame isn’t suitable, so I have to provide additional support) but I’m fairly certain that it will be waterproof.

Oil Based Paints and Sealers Will Not Adhere To It Properly
This product has one major drawback, oil based paints and sealers will not adhere to it properly. Can you imagine my shock when I tried to paint over it with KILZ SEALER, a high quality product that I have been using for many years now, and this is the first time the sealer would not stick to the wall surface.
