Energy chews are extremely popular among student athletes right now and my daughter absolutely loves them. She enjoys the taste and the chewy texture and says they really help give her a boost during long tournaments. They are easy to pack and quick to eat which makes them perfect for breaks between games. I feel good about giving them to her because they are made with good ingredients and actually provide a noticeable source of energy. I highly recommend these chews for any active kids or teens who need a reliable and tasty way to stay fueled during sports.

Not a fan of gels and wanted to try the chews. Despite their name they aren’t sour but taste nice enough and did the job of helping me to power though some long runs. Gentle on the stomach. 4stars given as (with most running energy chews) they are pricey.

Taste good and prevent hand and leg cramping and headaches on long, hot mtb rides. The orange has a pleasant aftertaste. Not cheap, but they work.

I'm a big fan of the Skratch brand and their all natural philosophy for work out items (use their drink mixes as well). I started using these chews in the last couple of months as I upped my bike sessions from 60-75 mins to 2-3hrs. Definitely give you a nice bit of energy when you are deep into a workout session and haven't caused any stomach issues. I also like the smaller individual size of the gummies vs the Gatorade chews which are a single big piece. Find the taste level to be just right for me. It's not sickly sweet like Gatorade, but has some taste unlike Skratch's drink mixes which have almost no taste, just a nice balanced level.
