Solid units, great tumbler feel. Works very well, would definitely order again when the time comes or if more are needed. Great price!

After reading the negative reviews, I have to say 90% of them are user error or they just don't understand what they bought. FOr the other 10% .... sure, sometimes you get a bad manufactured anything and that's why Amazon is a great way to buy anything. If you get a bad lock, return the package and reorder. Simple... I can't believe some complained about the weight, adding to the total luggage weight. Really? 1.5 OZ! Come on! Others complained the wire was too thin and anyone could cut with scissors. Again, Really? Like all locks, they are meant to keep honest people honest. They are meant to prevent the casual handler from openng up your bag. If they have wire-cutters, these lock will do nothing to prevent them. No locks will. So, back to these.... They do what they are supposed to do. The switch at the bottom is a little stiff to move when initially setting but that, I'm sure is par for the course for adjusting a GOOD HEAVY DUTY LOCK. Again, for what it is supposed to do. Just be careful when setting. Once set, you NEVER have to switch the switch again. Why change your code. ALSO.... People who forgot the code, DUH!!!! Everyone has a debit card . Use the first 3 digits from that. I got a set of 4. All opened with 000. I set all with new code in less than 5 mins. ALl work and tested over and over again. When I get to the hotel in Europe, if one does not open, Im sure I can get a maintenance guy to appear with a wire cutter or pair scissor. Paid $20 for all 4. I won't go hungry if they break. In the meantime... These are adequately heavy, work great, and exactly what you need.
