We recently had to replace 10 GU10 bulbs that have always been an absolute nightmare to change, and this tool made it so easy. I honestly couldn’t believe how well it worked — I nearly did a dance of delight when the first bulb came out without any struggle! The suction is strong and reliable, and it gives you a really secure grip on the bulb. That said, it’s important to follow the instructions and make sure the suction pad is properly secured before use — once you do that, it works perfectly. If you’ve ever struggled with stubborn GU10 bulbs, this is a total game-changer. Highly recommended.

I had been struggling with some light fixtures for weeks. I had tried other products that were either too big for the bulb or just did not grip tightly enough. Ten seconds per light fixture with this product. Absolutely amazing. I love it.

I don’t write reviews but wanted to for this product because it works well and is a shame that it gets bad reviews due to users not understanding/following instructions. •First, the bulb MUST be cool to the touch. Heat will damage the suction cup causing it not to work. Make sure lights are off! •Second, the pictogram instructions MUST be followed for the product to work: -Place suction cup on flat surface of bulb with handle parallel to floor; bulb must be cool, make sure lights are off! -Gently pull handle down so it’s perpendicular to floor; this creates suction -Turn handle in the desired direction to remove or install bulb -Gently pull handle up so it’s parallel to floor; this releases suction. If this step doesn’t release suction then gently pull on the tab of the suction cup to manually release suction. -Last, save the pictogram instructions with the product so you can refer to it the next time you use it! After cutting the zip tie to use the product, I used a twist tie to re-secure the product to the product’s paper label that has the pictogram instructions on it. It would be very helpful if the manufacturer would put a sticker with the pictogram instructions on the handle of the product, or drill a tiny hole in the handle and have a tag with the pictogram instructions hanging from the hole.
