Hyde Tools 13050 Delta Heavy Duty Glass Scraper, 1 Pack, White

I bought this product to clean the glass oven tops.Because the body is made of metal, it is solid and easy to hold. It does the job beautifully!The only thing was that it was hard to slide in the blade to the body.On the back of the package, it says to slide a blade as far as it goes, but it didn't go in at all. So I took a knife and insert where the blade is supposed to go to open up the space to slide. While I am opening up the space with the knife, I slid the blade. With this way, it went in easily.I would strongly recommend this.

La lame intégré est extrêmement coupante. J’aime mieux les poignées en métal. Meilleur grippe. Je recommande au lieu des modèles en plastique.

I struggled to clean my smooth top stove. Grease and stains were burnt on the top impossible to be removed. Until I used this scraper once or twice a week and keep it look like new. The metal scraper is sturdy so I can press firmly against the glass top. I image a plastic scraper would flex a bit therefore less effective. But because it is made of metal, I wipe it dry after every use to avoid rusting. It comes with 5 extra blades and that's good value.

I bought this for different chores in the house. My biggest discovery is trying this to clean my oven. I used it under an acute angle and it easily glided through the cooked grease/sugar layer. It did not damage the hard enamel. I had to find a solution, as auto clean is not good for my parrot. I would not use it on stainless steel or painted surfaces, unless you want to remove the paint.In the beginning I had a problem with the blade mounting as the instructions ere not clear for me. I have no idea how to change the blade, but I'll figure out...

The Orginal product on site shows it is Made in USA. Delivered product is manufactured in China.This is made out of Sheet Metal where as displayed product is made in casting having different finish and better look. Please correct me if I am wrong in assessment.
