Fixed my instant Pot
My instant pot had gotten to where it wouldn’t pressurize. Changes the old seal out with this new one and it’s all fixed !

Exactly what we needed!
We've had our InstantPot for 6 years now, and use it a couple of times a month. We always clean up after cooking, but admittedly had not been removing the gasket when cleaning the lid. Recently we pulled the pot out to use it, opened the lid, and WHOOF! Long story, short, the last thing we'd cooked in the InstantPot was something with intense flavors. Not only had those flavors permeated the gasket, but some residue had been trapped under the gasket, so the next time we pulled the pot for use, the smell was overwhelming. Now, after all this time, we know to pull and wash the gasket after use, and to not store the pot with the lid sealed on it. But, we needed to replace the gasket, because despite giving it a thorough cleaning - including a couple of overnight soaks in a white vinegar solution - the smell remained. I was encouraged to see this gasket marketed as an InstantPot brand accessory. It arrived in sealed packaging bearing the company branding, fit our InstantPot perfectly, and is working great. Definitely recommend if your InstantPot has developed an unwelcome odor and/or isn't sealing like it used to.

Instant Pot Back in Use
I had a few month old seal (one of the red ones that came as a second seal with my pot) that started to malfunction by causing the lid to explode off the pot. Talk about heart stopping. I contacting the manufacturer to ask what may cause such a problem, telling them the seal had very little use. They sent me a list of things to try, a standard response.I decided to try a new seal, and 4 times of use, the pot seems to be working fine again. There was no apparent reason for the quick seal breakdown, but I hope it's a one-off. My kids have used their instant pot for years and never had to replace their seal, and I'm already on my 3rd one. Disappointing and will get spendy if this one soon fails too. It would seem that not all seals are created equal.Addendum - - After less than a month of use, the same problem occurred. Disappointing. I did some research and someone suggested shrinking the seal before using. They used cold water, but I pop mine in the freezer. Since doing that, it seems not to be leaking steam anymore. So, maybe before buying new seals, try shrinking it down first.

Long lasting
Replacing these after 7 years. No problems and easy to remember to switch red for Mexican/Indianand blue for less pungent items.

Stopped the all of a sudden pop with emergency steam release
My pot would basically blow the lid off, every now and then, even though i was careful to wash everything clean. The gasket must have stretched after a year. After replacing the ring, it now works like a champ again.

Works better than others
Works good. A cheaper brand stopped working after a short while (InstantPot took forever to come up to pressure). Hopefully this lasts, and if not at least there is a 2nd one in the box.
