This seat is more comfortable than original seat. but i am sliding forward. is there anyway to keep it flat so that i don’t slide forward? thanks.

Yes, it was happening to me. Push it backwards until it’s in the correct position and then you need to tighten it underneath to that position. Otherwise it’ll rock forward again

Will this absolutely fit my echelon 4? current seat is attached to a long metal part that goes into the bike.

Can you still ride competitively? Does this seat work for all the types of cycling workouts?

Don’t know about that … never competed ~ we use it at home workouts and I will say that is not stable. The seat moves after awhile …. Or after a heavy y round of cycling.
