No soaking needed
Very fine grind, therefore no need to soak it overnight and cooks quickly. Really good texture and flavor. One bag lasts a long time. Good product.

Makes good milk porridge/daliya
For thick porridge: pressure cook for 7minutes by adding 1/4 cup into 3 cups of favorite milk. Flavor with green cardamom, saffron, ghee & jaggery

WAY too fine
I've ordered many different bulgurs labeled "fine" #1 and this is sooo mushy and too fine. Also has a funny taste. It's almost like using flour. Would definitely NOT buy again. Almost smells like oatmeal

I use the fine ground cracked wheat as bedding for Meal Worms. The extra fine grind is perfect for screening the worms from the bedding. This is the only thing I will used from now on.

The cracked wheat was of good quality and is grat for the morning brealkfast. We also use it in our recipes for making bread in the bread machine.
