Dexter Replacement Bowling Shoe Heels - H1, H2, H5 and H7 Options (Works SST and THE 9 Shoes - Multiple Slide and Brake Options, Trim to Fit)

Not sure why it says not compatible with Dexter THE-9 shoes as the heel is the same and this works fine. When cutting to size, I recommend that you leave it a little bigger so you have something to grab onto when you want to remove it. I used a vibrating (Oscillating) saw to trim it as it is very thick and hard and cutting with scissors wouldn't be very fun.

This was a much needed purchase. However it was really hard to cut to the size I needed size but once I got it close enough has really been so durable and stays in place. It is comfortable with almost any so and is at a good price point. I could see myself buying this again.

The least brake heel

The size comes really big and super hard to cut. Once fitted to shoe it is a great slide compared to thestock one that comes on the SS8 shoe.

For Bowlers using the Dexter "SST5" and higher series shoes, these are the Real McCoy. Be aware that they are "large" and will need custom trimming (using a "leather" or "carpet" knife or even a Dremel "saw blade") to fit YOUR SHOE, if desired. Otherwise, just "center" the heel on your shoe and Use-As-Is for extra stability.

Fits my Pyramid shoes well. It is difficult to cut, but they are good quality. It might be difficult to use regular scissors, so be patient. I ended up using a box knife to finish the job. High quality and provides a great slide.
