This pre workout is by far my favorite! I’ve been using the same brand and flavor (fruit punch) for two years or more. It’s a bit expensive but completely worth it. I don’t feel any jitters and I can drink a glass of water with two scoops mixed in immediately upon waking up. It helps to start my day and get some chores done before work. it doesn’t give me a “crash” feeling or make me feel jittery and anxious in any way. It tastes delicious as well! It dissolves easily with a few stirs and provides the perfect amount of energy. I order one container per month.

I have been working out for 20+ years and have tried countless pre-workouts. They have literally destroyed my stomach (thank you C4). This one is by far my FAVORITE! Tastes just like fruit punch, goes down easy without the burn and no weird jitters. I feel focused and just the right amount of energy to power through my workouts without feeling overstimulated or shaky. I needed a supplement that is easy on the stomach (not too acidic or full of chemicals) and this one checks all of my boxes. I will continue to use this pre-workout! Also, my fellow 12-hour shifters (nurses)…I keep this in my bag for when I start dragging around hours 9-10. I can still get to sleep when I get home but it gives me a little pep to finish my shift!

I am super careful when it comes to any type of supplement. Most are not proven or prove to have more disadvantages than advantages (such as heart palpitations and such). A friend recommended this product to me and I researched the hound out of it. I was impressed with what I discovered and decided to buy one to try. To be fair, I’ve only used it twice: one for a pre-workout and the other just for a pick-me-up on a particularly sluggish day. I’ve been so impressed thus far and am hopeful what I am experiencing so far is not just a placebo effect. First, the cost is affordable for my budget. Second, this stuff mixes well with water so I don’t have to bring some other liquid to mix it. Third, it tastes great. I ordered the Fruit Punch and it is delightful and refreshing. Last, certainly not least, it produces exactly what it promises — the energy to get me though a workout as well as the energy to make my sluggish day so much better. While I am so far loving these results, I am still hesitant to just blanket recommend it to just anyone. I certainly recommend a slow introduction, as in taking just half what they recommend for a bit. No need to take the full dosage if half works. I also recommend to use it only when you need it. I only used it twice thus far because I haven’t needed it the other times. I don’t even think the product recommends it daily (I might be wrong on that though). My biggest satisfaction is that it has not effected my digestive system. It seems to fade away without any known impact. Note: I should let the reader know I am not a health expert. I’m just a guy trying to improve my health and gain some positive energy (I work a 40 hour job, I’m a Widower of 2 years, & I’m the Father to an adult son). I could definitely feel the energy boost without getting jittery. I really like the clean ingredients no fillers no junk just good stuff to fuel your body. I did feel like it slightly curbed my hunger. I got the fruit punch flavor it was drinkable but had a strange after taste m. It mixes well and is not gritty. Overall not bad give it a try

So happy to this available on Amazon again. Great taste, and no jitters. Bring back the blue raspberry and pink lemonade!!

I gave this 4 out of 5 simply because the flavour is awful. Other than that, I swear by this stuff for my daily morning workouts. So much so that I actually finished this package even with disliking the flavour. It gave me such great results the first couple of times I used it that I just sucked it up and plugged my nose each time I had to take it lol. This gives me a great boost in the morning and significantly improves my focus and stability. Good ingredients, no crashes when it wears off, and I really like that you can adjust the amount you take for what you’re doing (either 1,2 or 3 scoops). Exactly what I was looking for. After finishing this I ordered a new one in the pink lemonade flavour which was MUCH better than the fruit punch flavour. If flavour is a non factor for you and you’re strictly looking for the results it gives, I’d definitely recommend.

EDIT: after the first week of your body getting adjusted there may be symptoms but ever since i have had no problems withi this ore workput taste good and does its job! This is now my favorite pre workout i would recommend but watchout for the symptoms in the beginning! Initially I was excited to try this product the taste isn't bad. I didn't notice a difference in energy, however I got very sick and multiple reviews also mentioned similar symptoms. I got a headache which is unusual for me, I had abdominal pain after taking it within a couple hours, and I was constipated for over 24 hours. The item is also non refundable. Save yourself the pain and purchase something else as I have never experience something like this with other pre workouts.
