The crappy thing is, the product works well, if it would just STAY ON. Nothing, and I mean nothing, has made my feet feel better during the day when I'm standing, running around the house with my daughter, doing laundry, cleaning, etc. Except for these. The ONLY issue is that they come off so quickly! They barely last 12 hours, let alone the 24 they claim to last. Of course they're easy to apply, they're self explanatory, really. They really ought to have 4 applications in the package as well, I don't know anyone who has 3 feet. I definitely won't be wasting my money again.

Purchased the 7 piece package and the 3 piece package for my sister who has a lot of time on her feet daily and suffers from straining of the muscles in her foot. The package of 7 items actually had glue so powerful it ripped the skin off the bottom of her foot and caused irritation while the package of 3 did not. Do not know what the difference is in manufacturing of them but it wasn’t pretty or comfortable for her.

This precut tape worked well for my plantar fasciitis while on vacation abroad. The adhesive is strong and better than most brands. It lasted all day while I wore sneakers and walked around in humid weather for 12 hours. Cannot be reused. And I wish it was cheaper. But I would buy it again and use it for days when I know I’ll be walking a lot for work or travel.

The directions said to point your foot down for a better fit. I've always been told to flex your foot. So the first day I used this tape, I flexed my foot when putting it on and it helped a little. So the second day, I decided to try pointing my foot when putting the tape on. It pulled on my skin so much, that the bottom of my foot was sore for days. It felt like a rug burn on the bottom of my foot. So just be aware, if you point your foot down when applying the tape, it might pull uncomfortably on your skin. I will probably try it again with a flexed foot.

A client had recommended this product for plantar fasciitis. I hadn’t realized that this was a set of three tapes for three days for ONE FOOT, and not both. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet, so it really sucked that I would have had to buy another pack just to get the full benefit. I tried this for a few hours, it’s okay for the first few hours but my feet began hurting after that, I took them off. Somewhat supportive in the arch, but didn’t work for me.
