Why did you pick this product vs others?: I’ve been using this Cycleclub bike mat for a few weeks now with my indoor spin setup, and overall I’m impressed. The 6mm thickness is noticeably more durable and cushioned than the typical 4mm mats I’ve used before. It does a good job reducing vibration and noise, especially on hardwood floors, and offers solid protection underneath the bike. The 36” x 72” size is generous — easily fits my bike and leaves room for movement or adjustments without worrying about going off the edge. It also stays in place thanks to its non-slip texture and doesn’t bunch up like thinner mats tend to do. Cleanup is easy too — just a quick wipe and it’s good to go. There was a slight odor out of the box, which the product description mentioned. It faded within a few days, but it’s worth noting if you’re sensitive to smells. That’s the main reason I’m rating it 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, this is a well-made mat that delivers what it promises: durability, floor protection, and compatibility with a range of equipment. Great value! Perfect fit for our peloton Bike+. We had a Peloton mat for years which eventually broke down in the area where our cleats would land while mounting & dismounting bike. We bought this as a replacement as it was 1/2 the price of the Peloton brand. This is actually more padded than the Peloton version, and any divots from cleats bounce back nicely after a few minutes.

Have just purchased additional mats of this item. My reason is this mat is well constructed and stands up to years of work outs. FYI, I have one mat under my indoor cycle and one under my workout bench. Both mats have stood the test of time.

This mat is amazing, in has an incredible amount of cushion but bounces right back into shape. This mat is better than a county jail mat and only 3/8" thick Hahahaa
