Surprisingly Great. Go for it.
I have used Creatine once in past. Felt its just a placebo. Been doing some serious gyming again since past 2 months and decided to give Creatine another shot. The effects Blew My Mind! It's a genuine strength booster. I can feel my enhanced endurance and strength in my workouts. The effects are noticible - probably within a week use. Tips on how to use: I didn't follow usual protocol of loading-unloading cycle. Just took a scoop in morning - comes with box. Remember: Drink lots of water. If you're not peeing at least 5 times a day you aren't having enough of it Monitor the color of urine. It must be clear.

Perfect supplement if taken VERY CAREFULLY.
Reviewing this product after I'm almost finishing it. This has been a great supplement for fast gains and better energy. Characteristics about this- 1. Feels like unflavored salt that doesn't dissolve very well. 2. Makes lumps in the box if not used for a month. 3. White and grainy. Experience- Careful dosage is recommended. I used to consume 5 grams (1 scoop) daily. Some people load creatine for a week, thinking that they'll get faster results. Most of the times, they end up being in a miserable condition. It didn't create any problem for me, and I could see results in 10-12 days, with proper exercise and protein intake. Also remember that I'm a vegetarian, so no meat protein benefit here. Water intake should be maintained so as to keep your urine clear. Don't think about simply fixing it to 4-5 litres. I consumed just 2 litres and it went well. It's a good deal overall.

Dented but seal okay
First time seeing a white container, but powder looks good. lets hope it helps in muscle recovery and increases strength. dissolves easily now and its easy to use. there was dent on it probably from shipping but inner seal was intact
