Well made
My gave this to my grandaughter for her birthay for her new bike. She uses it for her doll one day and then it converts to a regular "basket" and she uses it to collect treasure. I recommend this choice

Fits american girl doll…barely
We got this basket for our child to use with their bike. They were very excited by how it looked and the fun adventures that they were sure to have taking their favorite dolls and stuffed animals around the neighborhood. We did verify that it is big enough for an 18-inch American Girl doll, but just barely. The mesh keeps the dolls from being ejected from the bike basket in the event of a spill or crash, but it just barely fits over the doll’s head. The build quality was good and we haven’t had any complaints so far. We also like the color and the pattern of the basket, and the material is a sturdy nylon which should hold up for a few years.
