I personally recommend dymatize iso 100 as the number 1 protein supplement. It is easy to digest and it has the highest quality of whey protein (hydoisolate and isolate) blend!

I don't know what is wrong with me about picking whey protein, as I have tried several and nothing came out of it! even the more expensive and/or advanced ones! not the case with this winner over here! this one I got as a suggestion from a coworker, because he told me that while he used it, he buffed up WHILE losing weight at the same time - I thought "that's rich" and had my reservations naturally, as any logical person would! that is until I ordered it on a whim, made myself a protein shake, and started training - and I was AMAZED at the end results - it really does what my buddy told me it would - recovery-wise, I seem to recover ever so nicely, energy - wise, I feel like going for more, I am actually veeeeery surprised at the end results! plus, the flavor! I got the Birthday Cake one, so nice! and they have so much more! extra plus, this one dilutes COMPLETELY and very fast in pure tap water, and is so tasty, that I couldn't do it misjustice and mix it with milk (be it vegetable or plant based), because I avoid milk anyway, so it being so well mixed with water is such a godsent! in closing, if you seek a protein that gets you buffed AND slims you down, there is NO OTHER like this one! 11 stars from me, as 5 stars is too little!
