Very Uncomfortable & Poor Quality – Not Worth Buying
I purchased this chair expecting comfort and durability for office use, but I’m very disappointed. The chair is extremely uncomfortable to sit on for even short periods. Most importantly, it keeps sinking down as soon as someone sits on it, which makes it unusable and frustrating to use.The product does not match the quality shown in the description, and I believe I may have received a defective piece. I request a replacement or refund for this item at the earliest.

Awesome product and after sales service
The product is good but their after sales service is really awesome, after more than an year of use my chair’s hydraulic has a minor glitch, the company immediately sent back complete hydraulic system to my house, It was very easy to replace, I am fully satisfied with the product and specially their after sales service, BeAAtho will definitely do great in future in India 👍

Good chair but Amazon has completely disappointed me with the installation thing. I had booked it along with chair but the executive never showed up and I ended up getting it installed by myself after keeping that chair in box for a week. But product wise, chair is good, easy installation, good quality and value for money.
