Can it fit my 15 inch laptop?

Yes, and then some. I carry around a lot of files, binders etc for work and i can fit those and a laptop with no issue.

Does the bag stand on its own or is it floppy??

It’s slightly “worn-in” but you can stand it on its own. There’s a hard-bottom vegan leather bottom you can put in there (or not if you want it floppy) that will allow it to stand on its own even while empty. Pretty true to the picture in my experience minus a slight “worn-in” sagginess.

does this bag have more than one pocket?

There is one, smaller pocket inside. It is roughly 10"x10", and begins 3" down from the top of the main pocket. It can be snapped shut, with a single snap. You can see the pocket in the third and fourth pictures, found on the item's page. The interior pouch is also mentioned in the item's description.

Does this bag have any type of closer? snaps, zipper?

There is a magnetic snap on the large inside pocket, but the bag itself does not have any way to close.
