Is there a way we can get a block replacement, we lost one block and it makes it really hard to do majority of the words

We also received the game without one cube. That cube has the letter U.

How big are the letter cubes?

Hi. They are small . Little hands can handle them no problem . The letters are a little light too . But they are cute and useful

How can I get a missing cube with letter U?

Write the company and be prepared to message back and forth for several weeks. Then have them deny their product has the wrong letters even know you send them pictures and pictures of duplicate blocks and cards. Just don’t let it go and they will send a new one with the right blocks. This happened to me and it took forever. They were very rude and hard to work with but did end up sending me a new one with the right letters.
