Bad battery worst customer service
After 3 months of continuous use battery started to get weaker and weaker till the point that it lasted 30 seconds of use, in between it started to make some funny noises, contacted aMason for some support and being told that in 3 days reseller will contact me, it has passed more than a week and no signs of the reseller.Avoid this product if you can

Excellent product
This Waterpik delivers good pressure and dislodges food particles easily as well as cleaning the teeth around my gums. I have dry mouth and this has helped tremendously for me. Easy to assemble and clean. 4 different wands are included with good explanations re which to use.

no pressure
I wasn’t pleased with this waterpik. I used it only once but there’s not much pressure to the spray.Tried to return it but Amazon said “no returns:”. I don’t recommend that’s for sure.

Easy to use
Easy to use. No nonsense instructions. Works well. Maybe a little too big for travel in my opinion, but they are all quite big.
