Love this peanut butter! It made the best Keto sugar free peanut butter chocolate chip cookies! Love that it only has 2 ingredients, Peanuts & Salt!

People should understand up front this is the kind of Peanut Butter that needs stirring. Quite a few reviewers seem confused on that point. Once you've stirred it well, you put it in the refrigerator and it'll become quite THICK. To make stirring easy use a Grandpa Witmer Peanut Butter Stirrer. This jar has a 2 3/4" diameter lid so you need the Model 300 Stirrer. Also, this peanut butter does NOT have high fat, high oil content. Look at the label. The per cent fat is the same as the Laura Scudder or Adams 100% Natural brands. And finally, I've had problems getting glass jars of peanut butter delivered without breakage. This peanut butter jar is plastic, so no worries there.

The consistency is pourable. After stirring and refrigerating it is still liquid peanut butter. Since it cannot be returned, into the garbage it goes. I got the chunky and smooth, did not open the chunky but I imagine it’s liquid with chunks. I don’t know how this can be sold for consumption unless you want to drink your PB. Both to the garbage

I purchased the smooth 2-ingredient version. This peanut butter is thin and soupy. I’ve often bought straight ground peanut butter but this is just not how I usually encounter it. It was dense on the bottom and required excessive mixing. The result was a consistency which drips off the knife and slides off crackers. The consumer this consistency appeals to is baffling.

Amazing fresh taste and texture....tastes like freshly ground good quality peanuts. This was reasonably priced as well. I will definitely be ordering this again.
