I can't say anything good or bad about the product... because I didn't use it! My Calcium levels were fine and I didn't need any extra Calcium.

I was glad to find this calcium supplement without D3 -- just calcium alone. The math isn't right when the pill contains both, at least not for the amount of D3 recommended by my doctor. I get the D3 separately too, which makes it easier for me.
