Fits good, smooths the back and arms, and gives a nice lift to the girls. I didn't feel like the top strap was necessary, so I removed it. I would suggest making sure you like it before you remove the top strap though. I had to bend the clasps on then to get them off which would make them non-returnable.

This material is strong, smooth and stays in place! I got this after brachioplasty (arm lift) surgery. It stays well enough in place without the removable strap at the top. The sleeves don't roll up. It's excellent quality. I do recommend sizing up from what you'd normally wear. It runs small. And while you want that nice tight pressure around the arms, if it's too small it is suffocating. I ordered another one a size up.

Fits really good and compression is really good ! Only downside is the arms roll up at the bottom. Other than that it’s a good fit.

Good idea in theory, but it does not compress the underarm and back area. Hardly at all.

It pushes into my breasts. I cant get a larger size or the arms will have no compression. The sleeves are much shorter than the photo. They do roll up.

Nobody every really things about what happens when you loose weight and skin issues…. We’ll let me tell you about my underarms issue:(. I have areas of my upper arm and armpit that are cause some extreme sensitivity from frictions that is cause by weight loss and loose skin!! That area of the body is so sensitive and in constant motion as a nurse or anyone who moves really. Thank goodness that I made this purchase!! I have instant anti friction relief!! I tried everything creams, powder, changing deodorant… nothing helped but this garment!! This is totally a life saver and I would recommend it anyone who is struggling with underarm skin irritation for whatever reason! Thank you:)
