I had to quit pilates classes and needed a replacement. This works well. I follow videos for free on YouTube and my whole body was sore. Great addition to any home workout.

This product was super easy to assemble and easy to use. I would have liked more resistance from the side resistance cables. To achieve a better level of resistance I wrapped the cables around the ends of the bar but unfortunately they don’t always stay put. Once the bar was adjusted to my liking I had a great work out. You really feel the burn. I love that this bar is able to go with me wherever I go which allows me to have quick anytime workouts at my leisure. I am able to toss this bar into the back of my car and head to the park or gym with ease. Overall this product is sturdy, came quickly, and was what I expected. I have recommended this bar to family and friends. I just wish that the resistance cables had some type of adjustment feature.

Easy to use.

I have been using my bar with a YouTube video. This was a great find at a great price. I am hoping it will help with my form as well as make exercising a little easier.
