I have been consuming these tablets from last 7-8 months continously ..It worked on my insulin resistance, metabolism, cholestrol and weight loss..It stablises your sugar levels ..and when you have it with food it reduces your peak sugar levels after 2 hours ( PP )..Also it reduced my triglyceride levels and then ofcourse helped with my weight loss journey . I have been using this product for over a year at first I was a bit hesitant so I didn't write any review because I wanted to see if this really works or not but with regular little bit of excercise and two pills of berberine HCl a day and by staying consistent I lost 25kg in a year. I used to be 86kg now I'm 61kg. It really does works wonder. So go for it 👍🏻

Very bad side effects. Had to discontinue in 10 days. Absolute waste of money.

I was using berberine HCl 500mg for past 2 months, I can see very good result in body weight. Main thing I'm suffering from hypothyroidism so even if I ate white rice for one meal /day i will gain weight. It helped me more for my weight loss journey. During rainy days i can't able to go gym that time I sit in home and i eat whatever I want but still I didn't gained my weight.. It really works.
