LEGO Disney Encanto The Madrigal House 43202 Building Kit; A for Kids Who Love Construction Toys and House Play (587 Pieces)

I never know how to gauge Lego's age rating system. My 8 year old nephew blazes through 18+ builds, and my 3-5 year old nieces will do 7-8 year old builds with a little assistance. I got this one for my 4 year old niece who loves Encanto, but it was just a little too technical for her and she required assistance from her 10 year old sister to build it. That being said, the finished product was great. It had a good variety of colors and pieces and my nieces had fun building it together. I got it on sale, and it was a good bang for the buck build compared to other Lego themed sets.

I thought the house was beautiful so I wanted to do it myself (and with my son lol) but I was a bit worried that my son wouldn’t be into it as he never played with Lego before (he had a couple of Duplo sets but weren’t too into them) and it was below the age limit. Turned out to be such a hit. We fished more than 1/5 on the first night - played for 2 hours straight and he was forced to stop to go to bed. I basically found the pieces for each step and he put them together (with some help from me). We had a great time doing it together!

My daughter got this from Christmas and loves it. She was able to complete the whole thingy by herself. She really enjoyed the extra details included, there is a lever to flip the bed up and down and another lever opens and closes the windows. She had a great time building this. Highly recommend.

I bought this kit for my grown daughter, who loves the movie Encanto and all its characters. She was happy with it when she opened her present and i think she'll enjoy putting it together and displaying it, if she chooses to keep it together. I'm a big believer in adults playing and these building kits, by Lego and other brands, are a great way for us to play. Plus, her kids also love the movie and can help her put it together.

My 6year old daughter enjoyed putting this together with little help from me. I would recommend it and felt it was sufficiently priced. Fun to play with after building also. Highly recommend if an encanto fan !

This is a very cool set. It has lots of details in the house. My 9 year old was able to do it independently. It is very cool! Try to get it on sale. It’s a quick build.

Took forever to put together but it was very well worth the time spent with the kiddo.

First and foremost, as usual, the packaging was good and the box was undamaged in the shipping. This was a Christmas gift to a child who loved the movie. It was well received, though the excitement waned when the building started. It took a long time, as there are some parts that required special attention. But those said items were intrinsic to why the set is so good. Once it was built, it took an honoured place among the toys. It's still played with, with only a few pieces getting lost at this point. Definitely something that I would recommend to LEGO lovers!
