I’m having trouble attaching the wheels. They aren’t fitting in completely. What am I doing wrong?

They are a bit tough to get in, but you just need to wiggle them around a bit and push hard…it took me several minutes to complete-don’t think I’ve ever installed wheels quite this hard to connect. 👍🏻 Good chair though and when they’re locked in place it rolls well.

Is there a weight restriction on these chairs?

I’m not sure. All I can tell you is that my grandson is 180 lbs. and it has not been so problem. The chair is very classy looking
