I love this stuff. I use this in conjunction with 40+ other supplements a day, but this was the only one I've added in the last 6 months. What a difference this stuff makes in my workouts!! I can do the entire p90x workouts without pausing the video (yes, I still use those timeless workouts). Where I notice it most is when I skip a day or two. Fat is melting off me like ice cream, and my wifey likes me muscles more. Rather than approaching any supplement like a pharmaceutical, I endorse this as part of a healthy lifestyle regimen. I hope it's biodynamically raised as the bottle promises; to me, it seems to be very high quality stuff.

Consistent, potent quality although a bit expensive. A single tablespoon (daily) does it for me, goes down well with orange juice; 24-28 servings per jar. Previously used Solaray Suma capsules which seemed to require more for a similar effect. Have supplemented suma consistently over several years and continually come back to it for the noticeable energy and stamina boost. Like many others, I was introduced to “Super Suma” years ago via Beach Body’s “Body Beast” strength training program (supplements).

Ordered this to add to my morning matcha lattes to give an extra energy boost; this does the trick! Depending on how much I put in of the ginseng it will not always blend totally in to my iced matcha lattes. However, when I blend this with ice or make it hot the ginseng always blends in though. No added flavor

This might be my favorite superfoods I've ever taken. I'm definitely of the belief that it has increased both my strength and energy. It's flavor is super light and not nearly as earthy as other root powders. Plus Anina Mundi has a strong commitment to sustainability!

Now I bought this with the hopes of my sex drive to increase and testosterone as well and I used it for about 2 months and now I’m cycling off and I definitely feel the difference. My desire to have sex has gone down again and my stamina has dropped. Now I’m past my youth and entering into my middle age and without supplements like these I couldn’t make it in the gym. It’s too early to tell if the results i’m Looking to produce will result in using this product. I’m impressed with how fine it is and only time will tell.

Well packaged and as described. Have not been taking this long enough to evaluate the adaptogenic qualities thoroughly. I have been using it in herbal lattes, and it blends well with non-dairy milk.
