I really like this wire. It's thin and easy to use. It doesn't prick your fingers when installing. I like it better than the coated wire. There is lots of it too. I will buy this again when needed. It's very sturdy as well.

This was a good deal. Sturdy for what my husband is using it for his craft items that need hanging. He makes American flags out of wood and uses this for hanging. Will definitely be buying more.

Overall what do you say about wire? It is sturdy and works well. The only thing I can really say is as a beginner in putting my own wire on hooks it was a little tough to get tightened without unraveled at first, but I got the hang of it. This was a lot better quality then the wire that came in the kit.

Frays easily because it’s not coated in plastic and the strands are very thin. Could definitely rip due to friction between wire and screw/nail in the wall.

Good, basic wire for hanging my modestly sized artwork on stretched canvas. Easy to work with. Less expensive per foot than purchasing the equivalent at the big box hardware store. Recommended.
