When I first met my Hemmeroid, Dingo, he was causing me quite some pain and discomfort. The size of a bottle cap, eclipsing my cornhole, i had to take action.I purchased this wonder cream not sure what to expect. Whilst herbal, this cream has a numbing agent which reduced Dingo in size and gave my sphinct pipe some relief. Recommend getting this cream and mixing it with Anusol to create a mega hem dog super paste. RN

Hi all, I think this is the first review I've ever left on here, but thought all things considered this might help somebody else.Just before Christmas I ended up in excruciating pain with what I thought may have been an internal roid giving me some jip. Over Christmas I could hardly sit down properly, going to the loo would genuinely almost make me sick, I'd be on the deck within 30 seconds and almost in tears.I'd used Anusol and Germaloids, nothing was working (to be fair the 4 way Anusol is half decent, but towards the end I used it in conjunction with this).I checked the reviews, and took a punt on this stuff.It's amazing. Truly. Now, it works really quick and feels like washing your nuts with that Tea Tree oil shower gel, bit tingly, but it will take a while to sort everything out properly.After a few weeks of pain at the loo I went to the docs and he reckoned I had a fissure - beautiful...I got another tube of this (used three since Christmas), he said keep using what seemed to work and as of last weekend (25/1) no pain, no nothing.I have changed my diet and I NAIL water and in a funny way I'm glad this happened because it's made me healthier, I take fibre supplements too.I'm rambling a bit, but this stuff did really work for me. After the pain, the relief and being back to normal feels incredible. I would listen to what people say about diet etc, it really helps.When you're going through it it genuinely feels like it will never end - but for me, thankfully, it has.Anyone out there suffering, give this a go, see if it helps.

The only cream I have use to calm my sore bum

Absolutely awful. Serve allergic reaction causing so much pain it reduced me to tears. Had to go to GP to get it sorted.

Does the job, very effective and cools the itchy area giving soothingly relief. The delivery time was brilliant (next day) the problem was the couldn't care less attitude of how it was delivered. The item was left at the front door and not posted through the letter box as stated! Anybody passing by could have picked it up. Appalling attitude and just not good enough. Buyers beware.

Works to 50% of other products and they are a lot cheaper
