I recently delved into the world of Arcane Wonders' "Air, Land & Sea: Critters at War," and I must say, it's an absolute blast! This base game combines strategy, quick thinking, and a touch of whimsy in a way that keeps you engaged from start to finish. The adorable critters add a delightful twist to the battlefield, making every move a charming adventure. The rules are straightforward, making it easy to dive right in, but the depth of strategy that emerges as you play is truly impressive. Whether you're an experienced tabletop gamer or new to the scene, this game offers hours of thrilling gameplay that will leave you coming back for more. It's a fantastic addition to any game night and has quickly become a favorite in my collection.

Air, Land and Sea is a brilliant game, but the stock illustrations leave more to be desired. This is a very abstract game with a military theme pasted on, but the gameplay is incredible. You also have an option to call it quits early, your opponent gets some points, but not as many if you completed the battle. One of the best two player games ever made.

This is a great fast 2-player game. It is very easy to learn. It’s super fun to decide how to play your 6 cards each round because of how all the cards interact with each other.

The rules are easy to learn and it is quick matches. Lots of variability with each round and constant plot twists with the different card effects.

The combos you can make in this easy to learn card game are amazing! The more you play with a friend, the better it gets, as everyone learns the effects of the limited pool of cards.

This game is compact and creative in the way that cards are used and changed throughout. It's a great two player game with five and take.
