I was skeptical about these remedies after someone tried to hard sell me on them by saying "I can get you off all your medications!!" - which I found pretty irresponsible and gimmick. I revisited them now years later because I've been dealing with some left over emotional trauma that medication and therapy aren't helping and these really do work. For me I had a lot of negative thoughts about myself and when I take Crab Apple regularly (2 drops 4 times a day) I simply don't have them. If I do have negative thoughts about myself they don't linger and I can move on from it without spiraling into a worse place. I highly recommend this.

It works!
This flower remedy seems to do exactly what I need it to do. I chose this one by consulting Bach's list of remedies and really thinking about what what I needed it to help me with. I have used it about 5 times, just before going into a situation that I know will bother me. Lo and behold - the situation mellowed out! I was able to get through it without being as stressed by it as usual.

This product is a Godsend. Since using this I have been told by people in my life that I have changed for the better. Everyone should use Willow and Star of Bethlehem, we all have had some kind of trama in our life, this will help.

J'ai testé les Fleurs de Bach pour m'aider avec mon anxiété et mes crises d'angoisses. Je n'étais pas très convaincue au départ, mais le résultat m'a bluffée ! C'est très efficace et je me sens vraiment beaucoup mieux :) C'est un produit utile pour aider contre le stress naturellement.
